Hewco Computer Cut Vinyl Signage

For interior or exterior use. From a large colour selection of Avery vinyl, Hewitt's can computer cut vinyl signage in virtually any size. Provide us with your custom artwork or send us your ideas and we will assist you to achieve your final product.

We can supply you with your vinyl signage cut, weeded and pre-masked so that you can install it onto a wall or other surface or we can install it onto any custom sized sign background of corrugated plastic, Sintra, acrylic, aluminum, anodized aluminum or other substrates.

Substrates can be provided with double sided foam tape or holes drilled for your specific mounting request.

Solid coloured vinyl suite numbers or specific room information can be applied to clear acrylic with rounded over or bevelled edges and then a custom paint colour can be applied to the back to give you very inexpensive yet very customized room and door plates for offices, strata complexes, etc.

Vinyl signage is also available in any specific Pantone colour.

Hewco Digitally Printed or Screen Printed Signage

For interior or exterior use. Full colour graphics printed with either a digital ink jet system or by screen printing directly onto white, reflective or clear vinyl with a self-adhesive either on the back or face of the vinyl. Graphics on white or reflective material can be laminated with a gloss or matte clear laminate for extra durability. We can supply you with your digital signage so that you can install it onto a wall or other surface or we can install it onto any custom sized sign background of corrugated plastic, Sintra, acrylic, aluminum, anodized aluminum or other substrates. Full colour graphics can also be printed directly to a substrate material such as acrylic, aluminum, polystyrene or corrugated plastic. Hewco Laser and Router Cut Acrylic and Sintra Signage

For interior or exterior use, Hewitt's can laser cut or router cut signage in (3.2mm) 1/8" or (6.4mm) 1/4" thick acrylic or up to (25.4mm) 1" Sintra and custom paint it to any specific Pantone colour. This 3 dimensional signage helps add depth to your specific signage project. Provide us with your custom artwork or send us your ideas and we will assist you to achieve your final product.

We can supply you with your custom signage so that you can install it directly onto a wall or other surface or we can install it onto other background substrates of acrylic, anodized aluminum or other substrates.

Hewco Metal or Acrylic Faced Laminated Signage and Foam Signage

A metal letter look for interior or exterior use. The face material is .025" thick and can be laminated to different size thicknesses of foam, acrylic, Sintra or composite materials with the sides painted any of our standard paint colors or matched to your specifications. The Octolux face material standard finishes are brushed gold, polished gold, polished silver, brushed silver and satin bronze. Other custom colour finishes are also available. Acrylic laminated to the same base materials as above is also available in standard colours.

Hewco Machine Cut Aluminum, Brass and Stainless Steel Signage

For interior or exterior use. Standard fonts or your custom artwork can be cut from sheet stock of different thicknesses of aluminum, brass or stainless steel. Brushed or polished finishes can be applied. the aluminum signage can be custom colour painted. The brass signage can be chrome plated and polished. Signage can be supplied with a flat back or pins supplied for mounting.

Formed Plastic Signage

For interior or exterior use. Formed plastic signage of C.A.B. (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate); these signs are the utmost in versatility. Formed Letters and signs, while the standard for most local business, can also be found on financial institutions, office parks, as well as many national retail chains. Their inexpensive moulds make it easy to customize a letter style or logo for the perfect 3-Dimensional sign. Formed signs also provide the deepest dimension for the money. Flat, Round or Sculptured faces available.

Letters are hollow back. Plain, stud, pad and other mounting options are available.

Hewco Engraved Signage

Engraveable "Rowmark" plastic has a coloured top surface and a differently coloured core so that when the top surface is engraved the core colour becomes visible giving you a two colour finished product. This (1.6mm) 1/16" thick material can be applied to a thicker substrate as required. Refer to colour choices and additional information on our Badges and Nameplates page.

Engraved anodized aluminum in (3.2mm) 1/8" or thicker can be engraved and then filled with any paint colour.

Engraved brass in (3.2mm) 1/8" or thicker can be engraved and then filled with any paint colour. The brass surface can then be sanded to a brush finish or polished. The edges can be left square or bevelled. Engraved brass can also be be chrome or gold plated prior to filling the engraved area with a paint fill.

laser engraved wood signs can be used for specific applications such as sauna or deck signage.

Hewco Glass and Clear acrylic Signage and Standoff Hardware

Tempered plate glass signs up to (12.7mm) 1/2" thick. Cut to any size with holes drilled for offset and other mounting hardware. Straight and custom edges; bevelled, polished, mitered, pencil polished and flat.

 Glass panels can be sand blast etched on the front or back or left plain to allow for crystal or coloured vinyl text and graphics to be applied. Provide us with your custom artwork or send us your ideas and we will assist you to achieve your final product.

Clear acrylic panels up to 1/4" can be cut to any size with holes drilled for offset and other mounting hardware. Edges can be polished or bevelled and crystal or coloured vinyl text and graphics can be applied. These acrylic signs are an inexpensive alternative to actual glass signage.

Crystal vinyl or coloured vinyl can be cut and applied directly to your existing office or storefront glass signage to your specifications.

Parking Hangers

White gloss vinyl parking tags. Our in-stock hangers are .020" thick x (97mm x 160mm) 3-13/16" x 6-5/16" Other sizes are available.

Depending on your requirement and requested quantity we can apply computer cut vinyl graphics, digital printed graphics or 4-colour process printing to the tags on one or two sides.

Sequential numbering can also be added.
