Hewco Traditional Rubber Stamps

Our traditional rubber stamp has not changed much in appearance over our 110 plus year history. The rubber stamp still performs the same task it always has. Solid wood handle and base, quality rubber dies and a clear index on the base, the traditional rubber stamp is the most economical and durable of all the rubber stamping products. Sized to suit your requirements. Use in conjunction with a Stamp Pad, supplied separately. Heavy duty and rocker mount stamps are also available depending on your needs.

Self Inking Stamps

 A self Inking stamp has an internal ink pad which transfers ink to the rubber die each time you use it. When you press down on the handle the rubber die rotates, turning away from the ink pad. It touches the paper transferring the ink from the rubber die. Self Inking stamps give excellent impressions. They are ideal for when an impression is going to be made repeatedly or where the usage over the course of a day is extremely high. To re-ink a Self Inking stamp you replace the ink pad inside the handle with a new one. To remove the pad simply press down slightly on the handle and push the pad through with a pointed instrument. The pad will come out the other side of the body.

Pre-Inked Stamps

A Pre-Inked stamp makes clear and crisp impressions. Ideal for office use, Pre-inked stamps are excellent for addresses, logos and any text where the quality of the impression is most important. Pre-Ink Stamps are always ready for action.  The ink is impregnated into the stamp itself.  Pre-inked stamps are re-inkable using a recharging ink.

We carry 2 types of Pre-Inked stamps.

The MaxLight brand of Pre-Inked stamps is a "flash stamp" system whereby an exposure of your custom layout is transferred directly onto the pad surface.

The Tromark brand of Pre-Inked stamp uses a more traditional sponge pad insert which we either vulcanize or laser engrave your custom layout onto.

Hewco cash register pre-Inked dies can be made to fit any cash register which uses a pre-inked die. Give us your machine make and model number or bring us your die with the mounting frame and we will create your new die for you.

Grip-Line Grooved Rubber Type and Mats

Ribs on the back of the rubber type interlock with ribs on the rubber mat which can be applied to any marking device or system that uses an ink pad or roller. This system can also be used with larger types of self inking stamps. This allows for fast changes of text, which is ideal for date coding and lot number changes. Graphics can also be incorporated in the type for product and brand identification.
